On the state and parameter simultaneous estimation problem in induction motors

In the context of parameter estimation through state observers, we revisit the transformation of the induction motor model into a state-affine structure with respect to the unknown variables, then we compare in simulation the performances obtained through available adaptive and exponential forgetting factor observer designs.
