Fast and strongly localized observation for a perturbed plate equation

The aim of this work is to study the exact observability of a per-turbed plate equation. A fast and strongly localized observation result was proven using a perturbation argument of an Euler-Bernoulli plate equation and a unique continuation result for bi-Laplacian.
