Résumé
Software, being subject to the economy of immaterial goods, can easily be written collaboratively. However, in some areas, the freedom of modification is antagonistic with the need for stability induced by the need for compliance, or even certification, of systems. Taking the case of financial, aeronautical, and personal data compliance, we present technical and organizational means to reconcile collaborative creation and compliance with the enforcement of regulations.
Les logiciels, soumis à l'économie des biens immatériels, peuvent facilement être écrits de façon collaborative. Cependant, dans certains domaines, la liberté de modification s'avère antagoniste avec le besoin de stabilité induit par la nécessité de conformité, voire de certification des systèmes. En prenant le cas des conformités financière, aéronautique, et des données personnelles, nous présentons des moyens techniques et organisationnels permettant de concilier création collaborative et respect des réglementations.
