Impact of thermal aging on emission of a buck DC-DC converter

The proposed paper aims at characterizing the effect of thermal aging of a buck DC-DC converter on its electromagnetic emission and identifying the role of the different constituting components. An equivalent model is built to confirm the emission level increase induced by high temperature stress.
