Première identification d'un modèle stoechiocinétique de la production de thiolutine par Saccharothrix Algeriensis avec gestion des bascules métaboliques
Résumé
Saccharothrix algeriensis, a rare actinomycete species is able to produces antimicrobial molecules of the dithiolopyrrolones family. In order to better understand the bacterium metabolism, a stoichio-kinetic approach was adopted. The macroscopic behavior of Sa. algeriensis and antibiotic production were adequately described by a reaction scheme made up four reaction and the associated kinetic equations. The diauxic growth was well managed by metabolic switches implementation.
