Développement d’outils pour la conception et le soutien en production des attaches pales – disques de roues de turbines
Résumé
This paper is related to the optimization of industrial design and manufacturing methods of fir-tree links between turbine disk and blades. The presented approach aims to provide decision support tools to engineers in the field of design and manufacturing. First, a functionnal analysis of the fir-tree attachment is used to establish a set of design methods and criteria. Then, the system behaviour is identified using design of experiments launched on numerical models. Finally, metamodels are built on these results, and implemented on simple short response time tools.
